Please review these Terms of Use ("Terms") thoroughly before using the "Music Player - Offline Songs" application (referred to as the "App") provided by Nazar Lapan (referred to as the "Developer").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of the Terms, kindly refrain from using our App.
Use of the App
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to alter, replicate, distribute, create derivative works, exhibit, publish, license, or trade any content or information derived from or through the App.
User-Generated Content
The App may enable you to upload, store, and share content. In doing so, you grant the Developer a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to employ, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, advancing, delivering, and promoting the App.
Data Security
While the App is dedicated to ensuring data security, you are accountable for keeping your device and access to the App secure. The Developer is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your device or the App.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for music import purposes. Your use of such services is governed by their terms and conditions, and you agree to adhere to them.
Offline Music Integration
"Music Player - Offline Songs" is a cross-platform media center born to simplify the management, presentation, and playback of videos (or other free third-party platforms contents) by using a simple user-friendly interface.
The application does not contain, in its servers or architectures, any copyrighted content or media. It doesn`t and never will independently distribute any copyrighted song or media content through its Services.
The user is obliged to view and access only content for which he or she has viewing rights.
The user may only stream video contents from platform (or other third-party platforms) that are not limited by Music (or other third-party platforms, i.e. region-restricted videos) or for which he or she holds the rights of viewing and use (according to Music Terms & Conditions, or the Terms & Conditions of other third-party services which the user adopted inside the app).
The user accepts to use Offline Music for its own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We do not endorse or support the stream of copyrighted material without the permission of the respective owners.
The misuse of the app to illegally view content that would otherwise be paid for is not approved, and any copyright infringement is solely attributable to the end user.
By using the "Music Player - Offline Songs" App, you express your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
Changes to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
The Developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
